Meet Chef Joshua who heads our Private Chef unit.
He is a classically trained chef with over 17 years of culinary experience. From a young age, Chef Joshua has been helping his parents to run a hawker stall. It is during that period that he developed a keen interest in cooking and creating new dishes. After graduating with a Diploma in Culinary Skills, Chef Joshua spent several years working in top-rated restaurants around the world, including Shangri La, Conrad Centennial Hotel and Ku De Ta. Prior to this, Chef Joshua was a Sous Chef at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
When not in the kitchen, Chef Joshua can often be found exploring local markets, trying new recipes, and experimenting with new ingredients. Their passion for food and commitment to excellence is evident in every dish they create, and their dedication to their craft has earned them a reputation as one of the top chefs in the industry.
